CONTENT DESCRIPTION

If practice ownership or optimization is on your horizon—whether you're considering a start-up, an acquisition, or expanding into a new location—this panel is designed to help you understand what the journey actually looks like in real life. Rather than talk in generalities, our experts will walk you through concrete examples of how veterinarians like you evaluate opportunities, shape a business plan, and make decisions that support long-term success.

Drawing on more than 75 combined years of hands-on experience across the veterinary and healthcare industries, the panel will break down the practical steps, trade-offs, and strategic considerations involved in moving from aspiration to ownership. You'll come away with insights you can immediately apply to your own situation—and the clarity to talk with colleagues about what works, what doesn’t, and how to approach your next move with purpose. This is applied learning built to support your strategic goals, not just theory.
