Anna received her veterinary degree at the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences in 1997. After working as a district and clinic veterinarian for a few years, she moved to the U.S. in 2000 to continue her education at North Carolina State University. In 2002 Anna completed a Master of Science (PhD) specializing in pharmacology and equine medicine and in 2005 she became certified as a Diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Internal Medicine, Large Animals (American specialist in equine diseases). Since 2005, Anna has worked at Evidensia Animal Hospital in Helsingborg, Sweden. Anna's main interests are internal medicine diseases and she has researched and published a number of articles regarding cardiovascular and foal disease.
