As young graduate of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Ghent in 2020, Chiara did a rotating internship at the university, also in Ghent, before going to Liège for a specialised internship in Emergency and Intensive Care. Still very interested in ECC, Chiara got the chance to fulfil her dream and start a residency in this specialisation with the prospect of one day setting up and leading the Department of Emergency and Intensive Care in Ghent as a specialist.
