Kirk Eddleman is a professional veterinary practice manager, consultant, author & presenter. He is a founding partner of INOVA Partners, LLC., a veterinary business consulting and management company providing directional management and back office support to veterinarians who want to better manage and grow their practices.

Kirk is also the CEO of Equine Sports Medicine & Surgery, a large and rapidly expanding equine practice headquartered in Weatherford, TX. In the 13 years since he took charge, this practice has grown from a mid-sized clinic to a premiere 20+doctor practice encompassing racetracks in six states, a world class equine reproduction center, and a premiere emergency & referral hospital.

Prior to joining ESMS, Kirk served as a Hospital Administrator for the Veterinary Medical Teaching Hospital at Texas A&M University. Kirk also worked as the Large Animal ICU and Technical Staff Coordinator, and the Chair of the Infectious Diseases Control Committee for the Veterinary Medical Teaching Hospital.

Kirk has years of veterinary technical experience in all aspects of equine medicine and surgery. He's written dozens of articles for veterinary technical and managerial publications and lectures on the technical and business aspects of veterinary practice.
