Laura qualified from the University of Bristol and completed an equine orthopaedic internship at the Animal Health Trust (AHT), Newmarket prior to working as a general practitioner in a busy ambulatory practice. She returned to the AHT in 2014 and underwent three years of diagnostic imaging training under renowned specialists, before staying on as Junior Clinician in lameness and poor performance investigation, with a primary role of overseeing the equine diagnostic imaging department. Pursuing her passion for teaching, she worked as a clinical educator and was latterly Head of Clinical Education at IMV imaging; providers of continuing education in diagnostic imaging (ultrasonography, radiography, computed tomography).
